Joseph Casey is a seasoned veteran of the real estate industry and a veteran the Gulf War. His service to the industry began over 30 years, as a journeyman carpenter procuring single family track home communities, and later becoming a licensed general contractor and licensed real estate broker. Joe has established himself as a leader in his field and is vested in the Tampa Bay building community.

Joe’s professional journey spans three decades with a diverse range of roles. He served as an Airman First Class and Structural Specialist Engineer in the Air Force during the Gulf War. In 1995 He began working as a superintendent building new single family home sites in Bloomington, IL while attending Illinois State. His past roles have included managing projects for LAUSD, where he expanded school campuses in Los Angeles, to later founding Allied CDM as a California licensed general contractor. Today Joe serves as President of Core Development Group, a Tampa Florida construction firm, and license holder for U.S. Home Builders. He holds three professional licenses in the State of Florida.

We use weekly meetings to discuss progress and review scheduled production. This keeps the client up to date weekly vs monthly and maintains a steady flow of information.
Project Management Tools
We work with programs like ProCore, MS Project and Builder GM to manage daily information and deliverables. With the integration of SharePoint and MS Project into online data management, this fuels productivity while maintaining timelines for projects of all sizes and disciplines.
